Rapha will be contributing digital content to the upcoming Jiutopia camp, providing valuable insights and analysis for attendees.
Danielle Tighe
Danielle Tighe is a highly accomplished Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Black Belt competitor and instructor from the UK, known especially for her intense and successful career in No-Gi grappling under the CheckMat team banner. Despite having no prior martial arts background, she quickly excelled in the sport after starting, achieving a significant competitive highlight by winning a Gold medal at the IBJJF European Championship (Gi), where she was promoted on the podium. She describes her preferred grappling style as “nasty” and “smothering,” relying heavily on securing the back and finishing with her preferred technique, the Rear Naked Choke (RNC), reflecting her passion for the highly tactical and competitive nature of submission wrestling.
