Terms and Conditions

  1. Contract Formation: By registering for the JIUTOPIA camp, you enter into a binding contract with JIUTOPIA.
  2. Booking and Payment: A place at the camp is considered BOOKED and SECURED only upon successful registration and full payment.
  3. Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to JIUTOPIA are strictly non-refundable.
  4. Transfer of Registration: Camp registration and payment may be transferred to another athlete, subject to the approval of the JIUTOPIA Organizer. Notification of such a transfer must be provided in writing.
  5. Updating Personal Information: If there are any changes to your email address or other personal information related to your camp registration, please notify us promptly so we can update our records accordingly.
  6. Insurance: JIUTOPIA will provide basic insurance coverage for each participant. Participants wishing to upgrade their insurance coverage should contact JIUTOPIA directly to arrange for additional coverage.
  7. Personal Belongings: JIUTOPIA is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Participants are responsible for the security of their own possessions.
  8. Changes to Event Details: JIUTOPIA reserves the right to change instructors, dates, or the venue at any time prior to the event. In such cases, participants will be given the option to cancel their registration. JIUTOPIA is not liable for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of such cancellations.
  9. Exclusion from Camp: JIUTOPIA reserves the right to exclude any participant from the camp without a refund for:
    • Aggressive behavior (both on and off the mats)
    • Disrespect towards staff or other participants
    • Acts of racism, sexism, ableism, or any other forms of prejudice
  10. Newsletter Subscription and Data Usage: By registering for the camp, you will be subscribed to Jiutopia’s newsletter. If you make purchases on Jiutopia.com, Jiutopia will store data regarding your purchases, such as ticket details and purchase dates. This data will be used to provide you with personalized information about our tickets and offers and will be deleted annually. However, Jiutopia may retain certain personal information to comply with legal obligations, including accounting, tax, and consumer laws. Jiutopia has the right to send you information about its tickets and services and to communicate with you for customer service purposes, including notifications, confirmations, updates, and promotional messages. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
  11. Acceptance of Terms: By registering for the camp, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
